Up until now, the affirmation mails for the online reservations had the title of the reservation system. In order to have the guests understand the mails as your service, we have deleted the name CentralPlanner as much as possible.
Since the beginning of the year, our reservation book has the new name CentralPlanner. Since today, a first few new innovations are available for all users.
You can still use the search of the reservation book to search for guests, phone numbers or memos and quickly go to those. If you have entered the old town festival into a day memo, you can quickly jump to that day by searching for “old town festival”.
A new CentralPlanner feature is the Dashboard which as your first address contains many important informations at one glance. You can see the last reservations and number of guests for the upcoming week and decline or confirm open reservations.
CentralPlanner is now able to place automatic reservations and help with the table management. What advantages does that have?
The daily lunch specials and work breaks in the afternoon are common for most restaurants. They are a special challenge for automatized reservations since the restaurateur does not talk to the guests himself. We have taken matters into our own hands and fulfilled the wishes of CentralPlanner users.
Since last Wednesday we have expanded our CentralPlanner by two important features. As of now, it is possible to receive online reservations. Furthermore, we have taken a big step towards automatized reservations with our module for table management.
