If you do not want to accept online reservations at certain times of the day, you can set up exclusion times in your CentralPlanner. This gives you full control over your online reservations at any time of day.
This is useful for controlling visitors to arrive either earlier or a little later in the evening, but not in the middle, thus preventing a table from being occupied multiple times in the evening.
With us, you can set exclusion times either centrally once per weekday or for individual days if, for example, you notice a particularly high occupancy rate and want to better control visitors.
It all starts with you creating your rooms and tables once, so we know your occupancy. This is done very quickly and subsequently makes every reservation easier for you and, above all, enables fully automatic online reservations.

CentralPlanner then learns from your reservations if and how to combine tables to accommodate four guests at two tables of 2, for example. Once learned, we can also suggest these combinations to you to plan reservations even faster.
See at a glance whether you still have free tables available for a specific time. Our "Professional" plan is particularly helpful for companies with a very high utilization rate, because you can already see on the days page which capacity you still have available at which time. For example, you can tell on the phone in a blink of an eye whether 6 p.m. is still suitable with 4 people or even offer alternatives.
The red "2" in the screenshot says, for example, that there is at least one free table for 2 in the room "Main area". If you would like to offer a table for four people to a caller, you will find this possibility either at 5 p.m. or again at 9 p.m..
