How does the free trial work?
You can run the free 30-day trial on the Basic, Premium or Professional plan and use all features. You don't need to cancel anything as you're not committing to continuing after the trial. The Starter plan is completely free, anyway.
Can I switch plans later on?
Yes, CentralPlanner is scalable according to your needs. You can change your plan at any time in your account settings.
What payment methods do you have?
We accept the SEPA debit balance for our EU-based users as well as credit card payment. We generally charge monthly. You can find all of your invoices in your account settings.
What's the duration of the contract?
If you decide to use CentralPlanner after the 30-day trial you'll be charged monthly and have no obligation to commit to a longer period of time. You can terminate the contract to the end of the month.
How about the security of my data?
Your data is safe with us. With regular security updates and a modern server infrastructure we do everything necessary to manage your data securely. Daily backups and redundant data storage offer you maximum security.
Can I use CentralPlanner from any mobile device?
Of course! CentralPlanner runs on all mobile and stationary devices like smartphones, tablets, notebooks or classic PCs. All you need is an Internet connection and a browser. You can also use the CentralPlanner mobile app, available for Android and Apple devices.
