Professional hard- and software
We work with a modern infrastructure and keep our software up-to-date with the latest security updates. Security played a decisive role in the development of CentralPlanner. We are constantly working to keep our security mechanisms up to date and improve them.
Protected physical access
Our server infrastructure is located in state-of-the-art data centers in the Federal Republic of Germany and is monitored around the clock from both outside and inside. Only authorized personnel have access to the system. Modern early warning systems additionally protect your data from fire.
Daily data backup
We make a daily backup of your data, which is stored decentrally from the servers. This enables us to restore the system with your data in a short period of time, even in the event of a natural disaster in the area of our data center.
Multiple protection
We use servers and network components of well-known manufacturers for the operation of our infrastructure. To maximize availability, all core components such as Internet access, mirrored hard disks (RAID) or power supply (UPS) are redundant. This means that in the event of a malfunction in one of the systems, you will not notice any restrictions. This enables us to guarantee 95% availability of CentralPlanner on an annual average.
